Happy Easter everyone! Do the words chocolate & cocktail sound like a great combo? They do, don't they - that's what I thought, too. And I tossed in some mint and hazelnut in there as well, to make it even better. It turned out to be the perfect dessert for those times when you're too full to eat something, but still want to enjoy something sweet & tasty after dinner (or you know, whatever time you want). Another great one is my White Chocolate, Espresso & Orange Cocktail I whipped up last year. Cin cin!
INGREDIENTS: serving one
- 1 cl Mintu peppermint
- 4 cl Frangelico liqueur
- 1 dl chocolate milk (I use the Oalty one, a vegan option)
- 1 small spoon of hazelnut butter (I'm not using Nutella since it contains palm oil)
- Chopped hazelnuts
First things first: line the rim of all the glasses with hazelnut butter, turn them upside down and dip them in chopped hazelnuts. Put the glasses in the fridge for a while.
Toss all the liquid ingredients into an ice filled shaker and shake until ice cold. Pour into your lined & ice cold glasses and enjoy straight away!
