The Apple Pie Smoothie.

Yes, you read that right. I did just write the words "apple pie" and "smoothie" in the same sentence, and no - I haven't lost my mind (I think). I just have a thing for smoothies and apple pies, and found the perfect way to make those two great things into one awesome smoothie. And with apple season being here and all, what better fruit to use?


INGREDIENTS:
- 1 red apple
- 2 dl oats milk (or any other milk you have around)
- 1/2 dl rolled oats
- 1 Digestive biscuit
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of cardamum
- A pinch of vanilla powder
- Granola to sprinkle on top
HOW TO:
Cut the apple into pieces and remove the core. Toss everything into a blender and run until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle some granola on top. Enjoy!
